The Heisman Trophy Trust is expected to strip former University of Southern California star running back Reggie Bush of college football’s top honor by the end of September, sources told Yahoo! Sports.

Bush would become the first player in the 75-year history of the award to have the trophy taken away. The NCAA found major violations in the Trojans’ football program in June and levied serious sanctions against the school.

Two sources close to the Heisman trust said the body’s investigation is coming to a close, and will ultimately concur with the NCAA’s determination that Bush was ineligible during his Heisman-winning season in 2005. Because of that independent conclusion, sources said the trust will relieve Bush of the award and leave the honor for that season vacant.

Known to speak her mind via twitter, Tiny fired back at a  blogger who said she should change her Twitter name to @MajorMethMama, referring to the reports of police finding methamphetamines in the car. Tiny fired back with, “I don’t even no what [methamphetamines]  look like! How about let’s see what the test says.”

It’s great to see the couple is doing okay despite the recent drug charges and negative feedback.

Directed and produced by Tyler Perry, the movie is based on the original screenplay ‘For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Is Enuf’ by Ntozake Shange,  that features a collection of short poems about women and topics such as abandonment, abortion, depression, and rape.

This picture  symbolizes vulnerability, strength, hope, and sisterhood, all in one. Sigh…what we all go through.

The film will be shown in theaters, November 5th.

After news broke that Usher was spotted house hunting with his new, older boo Grace, his ex-wife Tameka Foster took to her twitter page to show her disgust. This is a prime example of social media exposure. Sometimes we air too much of our dirty laundry and feelings for the world to see. This is not a shot at Tameka specifically, because I actually see a woman who feels she was wronged and is clearly a little bitter or hurt about it, rightfully so. Still this only shows how much of our culture is such social media fanatics.

According to BVSpin, Nicole Paultre-Bell, the fiance of Sean Bell, may be running for City Council, as the position just opened up. While this is speculated and Nicole has not yet issued a statement, sources claim that the Queens woman who lost her husband a night before her wedding due to police brutality, may be announcing soon.

Passion for civil rights breeds the best activists. Knowing first hand the injustice of our system and violation of civil rights, Nicole could possibly be a great candidate. Only time will tell if she is really running.

On another note, over the past four years we have seen the quiet strength of this young woman who lost the father of her children and husband to be to a heinous act of violence involving the NYPD. Her strength is commendable.

As if the rising rates of sexually transmitted diseases didn’t already give it away, a new study conducted by Wet Intimacy Products, shows that 18 percent of Americans don’t use condoms.

According to the study and interviews conducted by BettyConfidential, here is why some Americans don’t wrap it up.

Can’t Fight The Feeling
The most common answer – for both men and women – was that condoms don’t feel as good as no-condom sex. “I can totally feel the difference – I just feel closer to him without a condom,” one woman admitted, adding that she always uses condoms until she and her partner agree to monogamy.

Right Here, Right Now
Another reason to risk condom-free sex? “It’s more spontaneous,” answered several of the men and women BettyConfidential interviewed.

“I feel like a real grown-up when I don’t have to even think about condoms,” explained another woman.

Grown up? This is a joke right?

She’s Not That Kind of Girl (or Guy)
Many of the people we spoke to said they avoid awkward conversations about STDs because they feel embarrassed. Instead, they make superficial guesses about the kind of girl or guy they’re with.

“I assume she’s smart and educated and it’s going to be fine,” said one guy sheepishly. “But I know my luck probably can’t hold out forever.”

Everyone assumes this – and yet, doctors suspect roughly one in four Americans have herpes. STDs have no particular look.

Make Love, Not War
Finally, many women offered this reason they sometimes don’t use condoms: They want to avoid a fight about condoms. And they want to make their partner happy. “Sometimes it’s like a little gift you can give him,” one woman told BettyConfidential, “to make him feel special.”

Another day, another lawsuit.

Longtime music executive Francesca Spero, 51, is suing former employer Sean “Diddy” Combs for $12 million, claiming she was put out to pasture for being disabled and old.
Spero, who claims to have been the brains behind the discovery of countless musical megastars including Combs, had a disagreement with the hip-hop impresario. She wound up having hip surgery two years ago, then confiding to an executive that she was being treated for drug-dependency relapse.

The Long Island woman was allegedly rendered useless to the Bad Boy organization by Combs. The lawsuit also states that the iconic musical entrepreneur thought Spero made too much money and could no longer keep up with the fast pace of his business.
